Navdistributor d.o.o. ("we," "us," or "our") provides the mobile application Detect-QR (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Detect-QR provides tools for scanning, analyzing, and verifying QR codes and URLs. Features include:
Core features are available on the free plan. Full functionality requires an active Pro subscription. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time.
The Detect-QR Pro subscription is available in two billing periods:
All prices are final and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. All payments are processed by Apple or Google, depending on your platform. We do not store your payment information.
If a free trial is offered, the duration and terms will be displayed in the purchase dialog on the App Store or Google Play. The subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your platform account settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by Apple or Google platform policies. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Navdistributor d.o.o. does not guarantee that results of URL or QR code analysis will be complete, accurate, or current. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy , which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the GDPR and applicable laws in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after receiving notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
